Payments

I signed a contract with Lewis stores in 2021 ,after a long struggle of payments ,my amount due to them is still the same ,Now they are stalking me coming to my house every day such an embarrassment ,I tried making arrangements with them to pay R250. but they still adding interest on that for missed payments ,so how many years must I still pay its been 3 years now ,
