Payment problems

I oaid my account on Sunday 5 January. The payment went of my bank but not showing on Lewis system. They dont want to give me a receipt. Today the 6 January the money is still out of my account and Lewis still dont want to give me receipt. Now i am a late payer and they will add interest on my account. I took my bank statement to brach in Midimall, Modimolle and still nothing happend. My name is I Lloyd. Id ***.
