Payment not reflecting

I paid R2000.00 on the 26th of November, while I was in hospital. Up to today, the payment has not reflected. Which will have a negative impact on my profile. Not only that I'm the who keeps on following this up. Annot get feedback. Today, Londeka told me that she can't do anything about my query.
