Payment misery

I bought a washing machine last yr around october then the installment was R372.35 per month from the first month I have been payin R400 and never skiped a month but stil my balance is same as payin R100 wen I ask thy tell me about insurences that I nvr took or sign on whr exactly is my money goin and on top of that thy signed my contract on my absence I keep on payin please help
