Paying lots of money for coaches that breaks within few months

I'm super frustrated and furious at the service i got from Lewis store at parow park. I've been to the store several times to logged a complain about my single coach that has a hole in that I bought just a few months back. When I went there they told my they recorded my complaint and I'm still waiting for them to phone. Spending so much money on coaches that breaks within a few months is not fair because it's pricey. I'm so tired of going there the service are the worst
