PAYING FOR A ROTTEN Couch For 2 years with Help from Lewis Stores

My Name is Nthabeleng Motloung I'm on one of the customers at Bears Krugersdorp I must say this Branch is one of the worst branch or let alone the worst furniture store I have came across.. in 2020 November I opened the account with them and purchased the L sharp couch 2 months after the couch started peeling I called them they came and fixed it and 3 months after the couch was fixed the same thing happened its started peeling again I called and complained about the couch thats where the real problem started because they never assisted me with couch they kept on giving me rounds and rounds... Everytime I call them there is new staff I have start afresh and explain my story to them then they claim they will assist me that never happened they kept on lying to me it's now 2023 since 2020 I never got help from them finally 2023 they try to engage with me but still no help.. one of the clerk stock by the name of Mikar called me today 08/06/2023 telling me that she had a look of my Complain but can't assist me cause I wasn't paying maintaince, the warranty has expired but funny part I'm paying the Insurance every month and the account without a fail.. And the mistake is on their side because they never assisted me on time the complain was laid in less than a year of purchasing the couch. now they see that my account will closed next month they giving funny excuses after giving me rounds and rounds for 2 years without assisting me while I'm paying for the rotten couch I pay R621, 87 monthly I have never been so sabotaged in my life and won't recommend anyone to Buy their Furniture at BEARS Krugersdorp.. POOR POOR service I'm so angry and hurt for Paying for something that is Rotten
