Paying for a new washing machine, receiving the demo on the floor!!!!

<p>I went to Lewis Pretoria North to purchace a new washing machine on account. I have to pay R13 000 for this washing machine. And R600 DELIVERY FEE!!!</p> <p>So when the washing machine finnaly arrived at my place, it was the display model from the floor full of bumps and sctratches, not even in a box.</p> <p>I contacted Jenny - the sales peron, and complained that I didnt pay for a display model, I want a new one and one in a box. </p> <p>Her reaction was that due to protest actions they werent able to get one from their warehouse in Soshanguve. </p> <p>I told her that I didnt want this display unit and how am I susposed to do my washing. She told me to 'use' this unit in the meantime until they can source me new one. I told her that I am not going to use this machine as I dont want to take any repsonsiblity for whatever is wrong with it and later hear that it was due to me using it.</p> <p>So I heard nothing from her again. On Sa****ay me and my mother, went in to the Lewis store to hear what was going on with this issue. Jenny said that they are trying to source me a new washing machine that comes in a box but she is struggling to get one. So now I am still unable to do the washing. I went home and thought that this is not supposed to be my problem and I am going to have to use this machine. So when I switched it on, it didnt even work! I am furious.</p> <p>I demand a new machine - in a box - this week. I am not going to pay for s**** on your floors that doesnt even work. And know I have to pay R600 - for delivery of a thing that has damage on and doesnt even work. This is pathetic. I am not even going to call the branch as they will once again only come with more excuses. </p>
