PAYING FOR A LAPTOP I CAN'T USE 😤
I brought in a laptop for repairs into Lewis Mafikeng on station road in November 2022 after the device being faulty.
The device was bought on account and I pay for it among other goods bought from the store.
Over 3 months has passed and the store informs me that they are still waiting for the technician to come and collect the laptop. I have been telling the store that the laptop was bought for my grandson's education and that this has been a terrible inconvenience for our family.
It is so frustrating and discouraging to continue to pay for an item that is not in my possession and equally discouraging that the only thing that the store can do is had out notes to acknowledge that I came into the store.
According to the warranty on the laptop, I should have been provided with a refurbished product if the repairs were impossible but this has not been effected so that my child could have access to a laptop again.
It is not correct for the store to be able to remained me without failure to honour my monthly payments yet they fail to attend to problems experienced by a customer.
I'm a VERY unsatisfied customer 😠👎
