Pay for no service

I bought a bedroom set in June 2020 at Lewis Muruleng mall .only the base was delivered.as i write this post now its 3 months .iam still waiting. when i ask iam sent form pillar to post.But every month iam expected to pay the instalment .Please help me i tired of this poor service, its stressing me to pay for something that is not there.
