Pathetic Services

On the 15th October I have sent a review , however I did get message saying Lewis store responded in a private message , but that message can not be opened what's so surprising about that seriously.

To date not even the supplier did anything to respond.we can't even sleep on our bed as it's making our bodies sore that we can't even get up in the morning or have a good night sleep,my baby whos only 1year is also battling with body pains.

Will anything be done about this or is Lewis stores and the suppliers are waiting for something terrible to happen to do something about this.
