Pathetic service from Lewis pinetown
Lewis pinetown services are pathetic... I paid for a lougue set in full and the set their delivered was a demo when I was promised a brand new set . The manager Candice at pinetown promised they would deliver a new set I have been waiting for months now and every time they come with excuses that they can't deliver they promised me the set will be delivered this Thursday and up to today I'm still waiting for my delivery.
This is very upsetting as I have paid for my stuff in full and now they got my money their services are pathetic .
I will never buy from a Lewis store ever again cause their customer services is terrible and everytime I call their stores they tell me to hold and drop my calls.

04 May 2019, 13:28Lewis pinetown delivered the lounge set but send utter **** the 3 seater is a reject as the left hand set the recliner doesn't open and the left hand side is not even level , it is sitting so high that we can't even use the 3 seater . Called manager nsiki and she refused to take my calls I have been calling continuously only after that she takes my calls and says she can't do nothing as it's not her problem cause the lounge set was sealed and sent from the factory after their people opened it ,this is pathetic service from Lewis as well as graffon Everest as if this was inspected they would have seen that the 3 seater is a reject I have paid for **** cause I can't even use this.
