Pathetic Service

Am very disappointed with the service by the stuff at Lewis furniture by Pritchard street in JHB CBD, starting from the manager (Mike) to the cashiers and sales rep (Nomsa) assisting me. I was awarded credit of R68K of which I took things for R45K and paid a 10% deposit on Monday 04, everything the asked for I provided they even went as far as sending people to my house and work place to confirm everything is legit. After receiving my deposit its been one story after another and I did not receive any of the things I paid for, its been 5 days since I paid the deposit and now they call me to say they will not be able to process my application. My issue is I have requested for my deposit which they say its either head office repays which will take another 7 days or I go into the store to sign of which am working and cannot take a day off because I took one already i have asked for them to send it via email but they have refused, what surprises me they we have communicated via email before and also they were more than willing to come to my office to do a debit mandate cause they knew very well its money in there pocket they even sent people to my offices and house. Now i want my money back they longer willing to offer any service and I have to spend money to get my money back
