PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought a washing machine from Lewis stores in Shoprite Park Parow in June 2022, the machine broke on 28 August 2022, I phoned the store on 29 August 2022 to advise them they advise me they going to sent someone to have a look. The person came after 7days & 2 more calls & said something is wrong with the spinner but didnt day anything else. I went back to the store on 17 September 2022 & spoke to the area manager which advised me they are waiting on the part to be delivered in order to fix the machine I advised her no one communited this with me & i keep on having to call & come to the store in order to get answers. She told me in 21 days after the 1st complaint was laid I am welcome to bring back the machine if it wasnt fixed as yet, the 21 days expired on 19 September 2022 I called the store again this morning & the area manager was off. On Friday the expect my payment to go off again but I wasnt able to use the machine in 23 days now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC
