Pathetic service and warranty

In November my wife bought a queen size bed from the Ficksburg branch. 3 Days after we got the bed we sow like a glue substance on the corners almost like a glue gun's glue. I did report it with photos, thay came back with it was not a factory fault. Now it's saying on the one side and the Springs are collapsing we can't sleep on it. I reported it in November allready when we notice it is sagging, It's like talking to a piece of cardboard when you talk with them. With promises of coming to check at my house for more than a month. Desember I was told the factory is closed until now nobody even attempted contacting me I have to follow up. Me and my wife can't even sleep on the same bed because of this. And I am beyond mad. We made regular payments always on time.
