Pathetic service and quality of material

Pathetic and lack of client care at Lewis (commercial Road) Port Elizabeth. Bought a lounge suite in 2021 which was delivered late and with a missing leg. Months went by they eventually sent the leg. One couch caught fire due to load shedding, lodged a claim and eventually they came and assessed the damage, then ended up exchanging their entire lounge suite. Did they not send a replacement that came from 2 x batches the other ones are light in color and the other is from the same batch as the previous one. Brought this up with them that am not happy with the replacement as it is evident that it was made of cheap material. Guess what? The replacement is torn already and they are refusing to exchange it. IT'S NOT A DAMN TEAR AND WEAR, IT'S MADE OF CHEAP FABRIC. if they don't fix this am escalating it to the ombudsman. Lewis stores treats elderly citizens like trash
