Pathetic service!!!

Don't you guys get tired of extremely pathetic service and inconvenience of customers.

You decide to wake up and double debit from 2 different accounts after stating that the other account is not working and giving you problems. Now I must wait yet more for you to decide when you will refund me my money!!!

You have already broken off your own pathetic service levels. Please stop showing off. Its really frustrating.

This was my first time as a buyer but your guys service from day 1 made absolutely sure that I never buy from you ever again!!!
