PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought a Kelvinator toploader from branch 326-KLERKSDORP on 22-04-2016. According to my contract I have an extended warrantee and am insured should the machine give problems. On 19-08-2016 I reported a problem with the spin-cycle on the machine. I was told that it would take about a week for a job number to be issued. After a lot of arguments with the store manager,a job number was issued after 2 and a half weeks. The repairman came to have a look at the machine. According to him there was absolutely no problem with the machine but he booked out a PC board just in case the machine had the same problem and he said that if he did not use it on my machine he could use it on another washing machine. I contacted him several times after that incident to report that the machine was still faulty but got no answer. So went to the store manager again, but he just said that I should report him to HO and not forget to mention his name. What kind of service is that???? Then sent an e-mail to HO and a lady from customer service called weekly with excuses as to why nothing has been done to correct the problem. Yesterday(07-10-2016), I received a sms stating this message: “Your query on your Lewis purchase was resolved. Thank you for your patience and support.” According to me NOTHING has been resolved. I still have a brand new machine that is not spinning… What do I have to do to get this problem fixed??? What kind of service is this???
