Pathetic service

Good day

I'm very upset about what just transpired. Bought furniture on the 29th November from your stores in Eldorado Park. I asked for a debit order to be set up for me This was set up for first payment 25th January 2022.

To my surprise here comes the Lewis bakkie to collect payment.. So I explain that I was advised first payment is in January and provided the statement. Here comes another message telling me I didn't understand they want payment now. I mean really for something that is not my fault. Is this how customers are treated.. Like I'm running away... This morning out of my sleep here is a bakkie again and all the driver is doing is telling me about laws and it's my fault. I sent emails to head office but oh how I got no response.. Worse is I'm being threatened by the driver and not even the consultant. Imagine you not even a customer for a month and this is the *** service I'm getting... Oh and let's me not forget to add the driver telling the consultant are you going to work with a rude customer like this when I was not rude but trying to explain to the lady what was going on because this is not my error and they were not even willing to wait for month end to do a double payment want this to be sorted out
