Pathetic service

My name is Talita Jonker. Yesterday I app**** for credit at the Rustenburg branch. I spent 2.5 hours there so the staff could capture my details. I was approved. Wanting to get my fridge delivered asap as mine at home broke. The one lady told me to go home she wants to speak to her manager about my application first. Please note that I WAS ALREADY APPROVED.

Today I went back, waited another hour with no success, just to get back to work & receive a call from the Rustenburg branch asking me to come back in so they can recapture my details!!!!!!

I requested to cancel my application because the customer service was really bad & I don't have time to drive up and down & sit for hours so the staff can RECAPTURE my details. Pathetic service.
