Pathetic service

I have been having endless problems with coaches i bought from lewis! They keep claiming to fix it and returning and still same issue! I call manager of oxford street branch in east london and wasting my airtime yet they promised to collect the coaches on many occasions..i keep get put through with no answer..every person answering has no interest in helping me or taking q message.. while i tell the manager this she is busy talking to someone else how rude! I offered to drop the coaches myself also as they cant even remove a gate to fit coaches out yet my money is being deducted for this pathetic service! I have been a customer since about 2013 but this is the last time i do business with this pathetic store! They need training on customer service! Its not my job to waste airtime and follow up as to why my coaches are not collected and still deal with rude employees!!!
