Pathetic service!

Last year i settled two of my accounts before 12 months. Earlier this year i was made aware that i have to pay for these two accounts even though i settled it. I purchased a fan on one of the accounts and never received it but paid for it. They claimed they handed my account over to head office to sort it out and nothing came about it.<br> My credit history is bad because of their laziness and incompetence and their customer service is totally disgusting.<br> Regret taking an account out with them.
