pathetic service

Very bad. Our washing machine was taken in for repares, we waited almost 2 months for response from them and nothing. Then they brought the machine back and ooo hell no. Damage damage damage...... The machine is scratched dented paint splashes all over bubblegum inside the drum and deep scratch marked on the machine and we went to them to complaine and we were told they will come and have a look but till now nothing and no response from them. They are pathetic. This service is unacceptable.
