Pathetic service

<p>We bought bedroom suit which was delivered but a dressing table chair was missing , when we advised them at the shop, lewis empangeni , they delivered a wrong chair which was not even matching , we advised them again. problem is they are very quiikck to call for payment and if one payment is missed , they go as far as sending debt collectors. met with their current manager , who reated us like nobody';s did not give us attentionand listen to our complaint , kept on entertaining her phone in the middle of the meeting and would stop us when talking and wanted us to listen to only her.....so unbeleivable how pathetic the customer service is in that shop. when they call you , they have no respect for customers</p>
