Pathetic service

I went to lewis on Friday to apply for a credit because I wanted a bed and a fridge. I got the they did vetting and all and credit was granted , now I choose the bed and the fridge I want ,now it's only then I'm told that they don't sell to people who stays in cbd. I asked the lady why didn't you tell me before going and doing a vetting which now has affected my credit score that you don't sell to people in town? Now I'm trying to apply with other stores I can't because there's a R16000 credit sitting on my name with the store that won't sell me anything. I'm going to report you to consumer protection.
