Pathetic or should I call it inconsiderate?

Their service is still pathetic they call me for an account which I insured I paid. When I call back to ask who made contact with me no-one knows. So I am assuming the phone just dials my number on it's own, currently I am going through a retrenchment at my company and they still call after me for installments I mean really. That is why I am rating them so poorly.
