Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I have been battling for months to resolve what is happening with my account, but to no avail. Can someone please forward me whatever statements I have (I shouldn't have any balances owing) and also send me the account numbers of whatever it is that reflects on my name. I do not have any known accounts with you, but Lewis seems to be blocking my application to rent a home. This is unacceptable!!! I have 3 accounts coming up on my ITC records but have no history of a bad account with Lewis. Every time I call your offices I am met with an agent with a stink attitude and nothing gets resolved. I would like to hear from you ASAP. </p>
