Pathetic customer experience

Items delivered a week ago. Still no cash back. I'm told to wait for their customers to pay before I receive the funds. Which isn't how this is advertised nor explained. They have made empty promises and still cannot confirm when i will get the funds. Assemblor rocks up to my place before 9am on Saturday. No call prior to his visit. No updates unless you chase. Complaint handler refers you back to the unhelpful store.
