Pathetic atrocious service

If there was a zero star rating you would get it! I have waiting for a week now to get my washing machine sorted . It’s been so called attended to , I call in every day by the store but they still following up . This is ****ing ridiculous, I need this to be sorted out TODAY, because why should one pay for laundry when I bought this machine not even for a year now . This is ridiculous!
