Pathetic and rude staff member

What a pathetic service from one of your staff members by the name of ntando from your kwamashu branch,she calls me to make an arrangement and I explained to her that someone had already spoken to me earlier this week then she starts to be rude telling me she's the one handling the account and that I didn't keep my promise from the last arrangement I made with her,she asked me why did I take lewis furniture if I don't want to pay for it,when I tried to explain to her that when I took the furniture I was still employed,I lost the job and now self employed and not always that I get contacts,she started saying"oh you think you're better because you are now self employed"?that's when I said to her I would like to speak to her manager since I didn't appreciate how she speaks to me,she couldn't let me speak to the manager,she hang up,I called her back,asked for the manager,she told me the manager was bussy.

My account may be in areas,but I did not intend for this to happen,however I do not like being treated like trash or disrespected by your staff.

I want this lady to phone me and apologise and I expect someone senior to call me and discuss this.
