Pathetic and disgusting customer service

My mother bought a dining room suite at Lewis Store in Rustenburg and on delivery the chairs were broken and she requested the delivery people to go back with them and bring her new chairs

After months of waiting for new chairs she decided she doesn’t want the suite anymore and wants her money back because everytime she goes to the store the so called pathetic manager is hiding and eventually they came and collected them

But to this day it’s been over months and the refund is still not processed the manager claims that my mother was not happy with the suite not mentioning the furniture was damaged on the statement

I urge people not to buy at Lewis Store in Rustenburg the people are pathetic and have no remorse they are rude and ***********- useless is an understatement to describe the staff at Lewis Store Rustenburg their service is disgusting
