Pathetic

I am absolutely disgusted by Lewis,especially Prichard street where I opened my account. I have now settled my account and they over debited me. this morning I went there for a refund, I was asked to print a bank statement for the refund so I did.. when I return to the store I was told to wait for a cash paying client to come so they can refund me from their clients cash payments as they don't keep cash in store. for crying out loud my refund is R158 and no one has it in store, absolutely ridiculous. I sat there for 2 hours patiently waiting while getting late for work, I even asked for electronic refund, they say Lewis doesn't do that.. I left the store and came to work and called my bank to try and reverse since they don't want to refund me, the bank informs me they put a block on the debit meaning it cant be reversed nor disputed, i was not even aware of this...anyways i have been on the phone with them calmly for 30 minutes while being transferred from department to manager and manager to department. I have been asking them to close off my account and remove debit arrangement...they had the nerve to ask me why.....when i told them on the phone that this is not the last they hear of me they laughed in the backround and mocked me..
