Patetic and Unprofasional

Im so disgusted with their accounts department.My account payment are being deducted from my bank account.According to rheir records my last payment was September whereas my bank statement states that the money went off.Ive been getting Final Demand Letters. So now I would like to no where did the money go to. They patetic and im very upset.
