Paid up letter struggles

I have never been so frustrated by the head office @Lewis, since the 25th of September calling these people for a paid up letter then they send it to a wrong email address to show they have *********** stuff that take wrong information and I continue to follow up and fix the issue still no assistance to a point I call the minute they hear it's me they drop the call, if you find me buying anything to any store related to them it will be a miracle, I don't advice anyone to deal with this company and their people.
