Paid up letter not yet received
Morning Lewis is still dragging it's feet by issuing me my paid up letter my ID number is *** Phindile Dhlamini am tired they said they will follow up till today nothing .

04 Sept 2025, 22:31Thank you for giving me my paid up letter but now I want my refund since u said am in arrears where else am not in arrears I paid up 0n the the27th but still u didn't bother to refund me as I saw that the error was in your side I even sent proof of payment via your customer service email but no response I want my refund paid back before end of business tomorrow with immediate payment as I did so paying Lewis 642.11
