Paid up letter Lewis Stores

My account have been paid infull and closed. I am waiting for a paid up letter for nearly a week already. I have contact legal and the dc department. This is the only letter I need in order to get a clearance certificate. I don't know what is the hold up the other companies gave me my paid up letters within 24hours
