PAID UP LETTER

So after battling with settling my accounts December 15, round about those dates I settled both my Lewis Store account in Khayelitsha and Claremont. I called their head office to advise them accounts were paid up and requested a settlement letter. Its been over a month and I am still waiting. I called December 28 and was told it was requested but funny enough I still had not received it. Till today no one has taken the time to resend or even contact me about this issue. Customer service failed big time and even worse one department blames the other. No ownership and try to solve customer's issue. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
