Paid in full, received incomplete couches and poor service

We laybyed coaches with lewis stores Lenasia And paid it off in 2 months time.

The couches arrived on the 25th but we only opened it on Saturday as we were painting inside the house. We discovered that the couches had missing parts, the wings on the end of the couches were not included.

We called customer service on Monday they said they will send it but nothing arrived

We went to the lewis store just for them to tell us that the wings are inside the couches at the back but still nothing there.

We have called 10000 times but the incompetence of Khuda and whoever else answers, drops the phone and never transfers to a manager of which I'm sure has the same poor attitude as his staff

Can someone come out and see what was sent yo us, if not come and fetch your incomplete couches and give back my cash in full.

I'm not surprised at the service of this store, everyone there looks tired.
