Paid cash and 25 days later still no delivery

I bought a bed cash at Lewis Store Johannesburg Pritchard street on 04 November , this bed was meant to be delivered by the Estcourt branch to my home in Estcourt, 25 days later still no delivery. I have to keep calling the above mentioned branches for follow up to get feedback. And now i have to go to the another branch close to Estcourt, which is in Ladysmith to pick up the bed at my own delivery cost as the bed that i had bought in Estcourt is broken. No one is calling me to provide status on the delivery.
