Overdue account msg to wrong person

My husband does not have a Lewis account. He receives smses every day about an overdue account for some lady. He had called several times for them to remove his phone number. He spoke to several people...even management and keeps getting told they will remove his number but yet every single day he gets am sms. Surely it can't be that hard to remove a wrong number? It's insane
