over charged

I had a complaint bout freezer being over charge witch they finaly explained to me after me phne them sevral times I was told the freezer was 2999 then delivery is bout 800 I stay oposite the road of the store then they deside to waranty or garanty the freezer for extra 1year or 2 years without asking me then it was deliverd wit no paper wrk being done nd I told them I'm pay cash so I did not have time to go nd sort it so I was charge two monts installments so the freezer cost me 5800 that's what the lady said that's how lewis stores makes bisness all good bt I wnt buy at their store again jst want to make ppl aware ask nd check wen u buy nything at ny store bt thank u lewis was not a plesure doing bisness wit use nd ontop of it they say they could not reach me on my phne bt wen I phne them or other ppl phne me my phne wrks perfectly
