Opened a fraduelent account in my name

I keep receiving statements from Lewis store that I owe them and I don't remember buying anything from their store. My credit records has been affected by this. The store manager said he would call transunion and explain the matter.Nothing has happened since then.This was a ********** sale which has affected my financial status.
