ONE WORD " PATHETIC"

Where do I start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lewis Upington please sort your mess this is Really becoming PATHETIC and a waist of time. Like I have explained on numerous occasions to different staff members that I will NOT pay until my problem has been sorted out.... How do I pay for a product that only lasts for a month or 2 I mean now really. My TV unit was exchanged after alot of fighting not even a month after the exchange or should I say two months I had the same problem. The bedroom unit still a problem after I was promised that it will be fixed/exchange still nothing... Come on now REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!
