old plasma tv delivered with no remote control

On 17 march 2015 my mother purchased a Sinotec plasma tv, first she was told that she can't take the tv by herself, secondly they delivered the tv with a wrong remote control that had no name, we called the store they said they will send the delivery man hence they were putting the blame on the delivery guys. We waited for the correct remote control, until my mother sent back the tv and asked for her money back, they told her it was going to be a process, we ended up taking back the tv and they said,they know they gave my mother the display tv therefore when new stock is delivered at the store before april end, they will call us.until today the new tv and remote control nothing is been said
