Not Satisfied with service

I bought a couch at Lewis Phuthaditjhaba store no 1006. My couch was delivered however it was not assembled. The driver said to me that couch needs a certain machinary to be assembled and they don't have it, therefore I will have to accept it as it is.

I then called the store manager and she told me that I made a payment at Bethlehem branch and they are only responsible for delivery therefore I have to contact Bethlehem store to assist with that cause they don't have necessary equipment. She further said to me they can take it back and refund me my delivery amount cause there's nothing she can do. She ended up hanging a phone on me

That lady is a store manager by the name of Paulina and the driver is Maletsane.

I'm now left with a couch not assembled and I also called head office to lay my complaint and still have received any help.
