Not keeping promises

I bought couches at Lewis Store Polokwane Jorrrissen Street and few months later two of them started tearing apart, I have reported the matter to the store where I bought them and even showed them pictures and each time they just promise to come and collect them but never show up. I have also called them several times and they still made promises to come collect and have them repaired but still never came. Emails to them and their customer care not producing any results as well as they don’t respond at all.
