Not happy with Lewis store

Hi my name is Rose Van Wyk I have an account with Lewis Eldorado park Brunch. 2018 I took a slumber land bed then they asked me to take insurance it is compulsory in case I am not able to pay anymore ,then December 2019 they called me and asked me if I would like to take something else I said no they cept on calling until I came to an agreement with them so I took a washing machine 2020 31st October I lost my job. Then November 2020 I went to the store to tell them about my loss of income they told me to bring U19 form latest payslips letter of loss of income I then took those documents but the U19 form was blank they told me my boss should fill it in I asked her n she never got back to me because she wasn't paying UIF I told them so they told me they can't claim insurance without a U19 form I asked them is there no other way they can help me claim they said no 2021 hey came to my place everyday demanding that I should pay R555.00 or they will take the machine I asked them how can I pay that amount of money because I am not working so it means I have no income .they said to me I must make a plan before they take me to take lawyer's I then asked them where will I get that amount of money they told me to use my son's child support grant so they came back on that child support grant date last yearn went with me to Usave to collect the grant so it was R440 they told me to go borrow it from someone I did that so that they can just go now they are back again threatening me what should I do because the child support grant is my only income

Please help because I feel ****med I was paying two different insurance's one for the bed the other one for the machine at the same store now I'm being threatened by the same people I believed will help me with this problem it's not like I ran away they know where to find me n they always find me there

I don't understand how you not getting hold of me but the store call me everyday . anyway Magret the regional store manager called me on the 24th I went to the store with the same documents they requested for before .she then told me the letter is not stating that I was retrenched she the said she called my boss to follow up so my boss confirm that I was dismissed Magret then told me to go request for a letter that is written retrenched or else the claim will be a decline and if it's a decline I'll have to make a payment she told me that on the ui19 if you are dismissed it's section 4 and if it's section 4 UIF doesn't pay dismissals which is not true . So today I went to the office to request a letter that states that I am retrenched the lady was not there .so I just want to know that is the insurance only covering for people who are being retrenched if yes y didn't they explaine that to me before I even started paying

I got an response from Lewis the claim was declined because it doesn't cover dismissals they only cover retrenchments they mean .when they forced me to take an insurance they never told me they are only covering retrenchments they forced me to take one incase something happens or I am not able to pay anymore .this was a **** Lewis was the ones collecting payment from me I expect each n every cent I paid for that insurance back from them since they are the ones that ****med me
