Not happy

I'm really not happy with Lewis store 1084 moruleng as head office of Lewis keeps debit my account and iv been travelling at the store asking for a refund no 1 can help me with that they debiting my account 500 and 700 weekly and that's not the agreement.....I hate this shop I will never buy here again or recommending it to anyone it's not costumer friendly manager here cnt help even RC they both here bt dnt have answer even cnt pay back my money ......it now 7 days asking to be refunded
