Not doing their investigations properly

I have a ********** account with Lewis which I've find out on 13 February from ITC, I called them same day when I found out about the ********** account they requested me to send them an affidavit, Copy of my ID certified, 3 signatures which I've sent them same day, on the 16 they asked me to send them my payslip which I did same day, Now they want me to go to the store where this person opened the account which it's Palmsprings orangefarm, which I feel it's very far for me i told the consultant it's far can I go to protea glen mall coz it's near, then she said, It has to be Palmsprings I have a 3 months baby I can't leave her she's young for GOD sake, then she said to me well it looks like it's not ***** because I can't go to Palmsprings really, what if it was Cape town was I suppose to go to Cape town to, as much as this frustra you it frustra me more I mean this is a serious matter it fact me more than any one else soo please do your investigation properly...
