Not able/willing to resolve my query

I have since logged a complaint with Lewis(Edenburg) in December 2014 concerning a bed that have broke but to this point is still not resolved and they have assigned it to Petrusburg since i moved to that side. So my question is,am i going to wait for another six month before i can be helped as my complaint is been transfered to another branch?what kind of a service are they offering or are they caring for their customer or just want to make sales and don't care about the after sale matters.No one is taking any responbility for this query, they just send me from piller to post. I have to call them to find out and Their staff are also rude towards customers. I regret the day i bought stuff from them because it never brought me anything good but heartache
