Nongoma branch poor service/broken furniture.

I am writing again hoping that its my last time writing about this. The wodrobe that i took at nongoma branch the door is broken its can fall down any day I tried to report the matter Lungi dropped the call on me said i must report i dont know who ..i then called again Sanele answered and took my ID and promised to call back i waited to 2 weeks nothing happened thn decide to travel to KZN to deal with matter since i live in JHB.i went to the shop found MR Zulu who then gave me nasty attitude he took my ID number and promised to send someone the following day. The someone never came i then called the shop he answered and said that person is off and no coming .why did he lie to me was he chasing me away. Then said they are many people who are complaining the products.. what kind of the products are you selling. I am still waiting since i report face to face on Tuesday and its friday no one came and i am leaving soon to JHB without the matter being resolve wow i am not happy shame The service is pathetic and the product i dont even have words to say about it .

Dont bother telling me about reporting the matter to head office customer service i did that they failed to solve my problem
